Our spiritual, physical, mental and emotional selves are deeply intertwined. Wellbeing has to do with vibrancy in every area of our being. At times symptoms in our body, thoughts, feelings, behavior, or spirit signal distress.
Your Dean of Students is available to talk with you if you experience symptoms or concerns about your wellbeing. Here are also some links to resources for information about mental health. As always, be discerning of internet content.
