Center for Leadership Impact
Evangelical's Center for Leadership Impact is committed to developing leaders who are transformational change agents for Christ in the world. Fully aware that integrity and skill are best developed in the arena of ministry, the Center is devoted to initiatives that give leaders traction in the real world.
Our vision is to provide practical ministry tools for those Christian leaders engaged in the lifelong pursuit of leadership development.
Our four purposes are captured by the 4 C's:
- Christ - to raise up leaders who have a heart for service that flows out of their heart for Christ, and seek to pattern their leadership after His example
- Character - to encourage leaders to model authentic Christian living, being true to how Christ has made them and gifted them
- Competence - to help men and women advance in their leadership skills, equipping them for greater leadership effectiveness and Kingdom impact
- Community - to connect leaders with each other, forming a broad network of encouragement, resourcing and mutual learning
