Randy & Carla Sizemore

Carla and I have been actively engaged in pastoral ministry for the last 20 years in a variety of settings from serene small towns to fastpaced, upwardly mobile urban/suburban locations, and now in an executive capacity ministering to international leaders and pastors around the globe. Regardless of the setting, our home and hospitality form the center of our relational ministry to others. As a matter of fact, we have a dedicated "welcome wall" that bears the multicolored sharpie signatures of those we have been privileged to host in our home in Myerstown! We praise God for the women and men at Evangelical that He is calling, equipping and sending to minister Christ to our needy world. We have found over our years of ministry that even those of us who minister to others often need some ministering of our own.

Harrisburg

Diane Baltaeff

Diane is a graduate of Evangelical Seminary (2005). She has used her degree alongside her Bachelors of Science in Music Education from Lebanon Valley College to serve for the past twenty years as Director of Programming and Worship at Carlisle Evangelical Free Church. Diane has recently stepped away from the staff leadership role, but continues to serve in worship ministry and is a Doctoral candidate at the Institute of Worship Studies in Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to this past role, Diane served as Assistant Director of Student Ministries at Messiah College for nine years. She also has a background in Counseling (M.Ed. From Shippensburg). Diane can be seen riding the country roads on her motor scooter or motorcycle. She also enjoys playing racquetball and volleyball. And Diane plays saxophone and sings in a group called Epiphany, providing varied styles of music for banquets and community events.
